Jurnal Sains dan Teknologi Terapan (SATELIT) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original research articles, reviews, and applied studies focusing on the integration of applied sciences and technology in multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary contexts. The journal aims to disseminate innovative research that bridges scientific knowledge, technological development, and practical implementation to address real-world challenges.
The scope of SATELIT covers a wide range of applied science fields, including applied physics, applied chemistry, applied biology, applied mathematics and statistics, and environmental science. In addition, the journal welcomes studies in integrative technologies such as civil and architectural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, information and communication technology, agricultural and food technology, and fisheries and marine technology. The journal also encourages interdisciplinary research in emerging areas such as renewable energy, smart technology (IoT, artificial intelligence, and automation), biotechnology, sustainability systems, food security, and science and technology education.
SATELIT promotes innovative, solution-oriented research that emphasizes technological applicability, sustainability, and societal impact. By integrating scientific principles with technological innovation, the journal seeks to support the advancement of knowledge and contribute to sustainable development and industrial competitiveness at local, national, and global levels.
